1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the parties specified below, within the framework of the conditions specified below.

The BUYER acknowledges that by accepting this agreement, in case the order subject to the agreement is confirmed, he/she is obliged to pay the order fee and any additional charges (shipping costs, taxes, etc.) in advance and declares that he/she has been informed about this.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below are expressed with the following explanations:
• MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade,
• MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade,
• LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188),
• SERVICE: Subject of every type of consumer transaction other than the supply of goods made or promised for a fee or benefit,
• SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or on account of the seller,
• BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from goods or services for non-commercial purposes,
• SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER,
• CUSTOMER: A natural or legal person who requests goods or services through the SELLER's internet site,
• PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,
• AGREEMENT: This agreement arranged between the SELLER and the BUYER,
• GOODS: Movable goods subject to purchase, software prepared for use in electronic environments, audiovisual materials, and similar intangible assets.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product which the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER's internet site, whose characteristics and sale price are specified.
The prices listed and announced on the site are sale prices. The announced prices and commitments are valid until updated or changed. The prices announced for a specific period are valid until the specified period ends.

7. INFORMATION OF THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
1. The essential characteristics of the product/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) have been published on the SELLER’s internet site. If the seller has organized a campaign, the essential characteristics of the relevant product can be accessed during the campaign. The duration of the campaign is valid.
2. The prices announced on the site are sale prices. The announced prices and commitments are valid until updates. The prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.
3. The sales price of the goods or services subject to this Agreement, including all taxes, is noted below:

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that he/she has read the preliminary information provided on the SELLER’s internet site regarding the essential characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method, and delivery information, and has provided the necessary approval electronically. The BUYER acknowledges that he/she has received the address to which the order will be made, the essential characteristics of the ordered products, their prices, and the payment and delivery information in a complete and accurate manner before the conclusion of the contract by the SELLER.
9.2. Every product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the specified persons/organizations within the time specified in the preliminary information section on the SELLER’s internet site, depending on the distance to the BUYER’s residence, but shall not exceed 30 days. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.
9.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract in accordance with the specified characteristics in the order, with warranty certificates, user manuals, and in compliance with legal regulations, completely and flawlessly. Additionally, the SELLER must demonstrate the necessary care to improve the quality of service and must provide all the information and documents required for the work.
9.4. The SELLER may procure a product of equivalent quality and price if the product cannot be supplied with the prior approval of the BUYER.
9.5. In cases where the ordered product cannot be supplied, the SELLER will inform the BUYER in writing within 3 business days and will refund the product price to the BUYER within 14 days.
9.6. The BUYER accepts that he/she will confirm this agreement electronically for the delivery of the product and that if for any reason the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER's delivery obligation will cease.
9.7. If the product is not paid due to the abuse of the BUYER's credit card after its delivery, the relevant bank or financial institution must repay the SELLER the product price; the BUYER must return this price to the SELLER within 3 days.
9.8. The SELLER will inform the BUYER regarding delays or obstacles that occur during the delivery of the product, and the BUYER may request the product to be replaced or the delivery time to be extended. If the BUYER cancels the order, he/she will receive a refund of the payment made within 14 days.
9.9. The SELLER may inform the BUYER using the SELLER's contact information (email, phone, etc.).
9.10. The BUYER must check the product prior to delivery. If the product is damaged or the packaging is broken, this product should not be accepted.
9.11. If the BUYER and the credit card holder are different persons, the identity information of the credit card holder and the credit card statement may be requested.
9.12. The BUYER accepts that the personal information he/she provided is accurate and shall immediately compensate for any damages caused to the SELLER due to incorrect information.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may use the right of withdrawal without stating any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the BUYER to send a withdrawal notification to the SELLER. This notification must be made in writing (for example, by letter, fax, or email). In the notification regarding the use of the right of withdrawal, the BUYER's name, order number, delivery address, phone number, invoice information, and other contact information must be indicated.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is not valid for the following products and services:
• Products that are specially produced for the consumer or have been unsealed and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (for example, underwear, cosmetics, software products, etc.)
• Products that have been used and damaged after the product ordered has been delivered.
In case of using the right of withdrawal, the invoice of the product must be returned, and the BUYER must send the product back to the SELLER with its original packaging and, if any, all accessories. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
11. PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN
If the BUYER wants to return the product before using the right of withdrawal, he/she can communicate the exchange or return request to the SELLER. The SELLER will carry out the product exchange or return if the request is accepted.
The returned product must be sent back in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. The product must be unused. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted for return.
12. PRODUCT LIABILITY
The SELLER is responsible for providing the correct and complete usage instructions, warranty certificates, and quality documents of the products it offers for sale, along with its suppliers and manufacturers.
13. SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal information of the BUYER will only be used by the SELLER for the purpose of fulfilling the order and executing payment transactions. This information will not be shared with third parties, except for legal obligations, and may only be shared with official authorities.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, graphics, writings, logos, and trademarks on the SELLER’s internet site are the intellectual property rights of the SELLER. These contents should not be used in any way without the approval of the BUYER.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Kusadasi Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in accordance with Turkish law.
16. EFFECTIVENESS
This agreement enters into force when the BUYER confirms their order online and pays the order amount. By approving this agreement, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the terms of the agreement.
17. OTHER PROVISIONS
• The SELLER is obliged to provide all information and documents necessary for the fulfillment of the order.
• If the SELLER fails to fulfill its obligations, measures such as refunding the product price to the BUYER may be taken.
• Delays in product delivery that occur due to force majeure may extend the delivery time.
