CONSUMER RIGHTS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

• When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

• Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) for the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

• Shipping costs of the product will be covered by the buyer.

• Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

• The purchased product must be delivered in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, complete with any warranty certificate, user manual, and other documents.

• If it is understood that the purchased product cannot be procured, the seller is obliged to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days. The product price must be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

• If the buyer does not pay for the order or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product will cease.

IN CASE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

• After the product is delivered, if it is found that the payment was made unauthorized by persons other than the buyer and the bank has not paid the seller, the buyer is obliged to pay for the product within 3 days by a different payment method.

PRODUCTS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

• If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen force majeure circumstances, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed.

• If the buyer cancels the order; the amount paid will be refunded in cash within 14 days. For payments made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation. The bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer this amount to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE PRODUCT

• The buyer should check the product before accepting it; they should not accept damaged products such as those with dents, cracks, torn packaging, etc. Products that are accepted are deemed sound.

• If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used and must be returned with an invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The buyer may use the right of withdrawal without incurring any legal or penal liability and without showing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date they receive the purchased product. The right of withdrawal must be communicated to the seller through the contact information below.

CONDITIONS FOR USING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The product must be unused and undamaged to use the right of withdrawal.

• The invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if any, must be returned completely with the product.

• The seller will refund the product price within 10 days at the latest after receiving notification of the right of withdrawal and will take back the product within 20 days.

CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

• Products specially produced at the request of the buyer or products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

• Cosmetic and personal care products with opened packaging.

• Electronic content or digital products that are performed immediately.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

• You can make your payments via bank transfer/EFT in TL.

• You can make payments by credit card in a single installment or in installments from our website. Your payment will be collected after order confirmation.
