3. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reason

Your personal data is collected in any verbal, written, or electronic environment in order to provide our services and for Eos Taş. Tur. Tic. Ltd. Şti. to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations accurately and completely in line with the objectives stated above. The collected personal data may be processed and transferred as part of the personal data processing conditions and purposes mentioned in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK

As personal data owners, if you transmit your requests regarding your rights to Eos Taş. Tur. Tic. Ltd. Şti. via the methods specified below, your requests will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Authority, the fee specified in the tariff set by our company may be requested. In this context, personal data owners;

• If their personal data have been processed, request information regarding it,

• Have the right to learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom their personal data have been transferred within the country or abroad,

• Have the right to request the correction of their personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately,

• Even if it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist,

• Have the right to object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing their processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• Have the right to request compensation for the damage in case they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
