CONSUMER RIGHTS - CANCELLATION - TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN

GENERAL PROVISIONS

• When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

• The buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) in the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

• The shipping costs of the products will be borne by the buyer.

• Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

• The purchased product must be delivered in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, complete, and, if any, with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.

• If it is understood that the purchased product cannot be obtained, the seller is obliged to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days. The product price must be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

• If the buyer does not pay the order price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

IN CASE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

• If, after the product is delivered, it is found that the payment was made by unauthorized persons not belonging to the buyer, and the bank has not paid the seller, the buyer is obliged to pay for the product within 3 days through a different payment method.

UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

• If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen force majeure reasons, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement with a similar product, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.

• If the buyer cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded in cash within 14 days. For payments made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation. It may take the bank 2-3 weeks to transfer this amount to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT

• The buyer should check the product before receiving it; they should not accept damaged products, such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging. Accepted products are considered intact.

• If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without incurring any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the purchased product. The right of withdrawal must be communicated to the seller through the following contact information.

CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The right of withdrawal can be exercised if the product has not been used and is undamaged.

• The invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned completely with the product.

• The seller refunds the product price within 10 days at the latest after receiving the notification of the use of the right of withdrawal and receives the product within 20 days.

CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

• Products that are personalized according to the buyer's request or that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.

• Cosmetic and personal care products whose packaging has been opened.

• Electronic content or digital products that are performed instantly.

• You can make your payments via bank transfer/EFT in Turkish Lira.

• You can make a single payment or installment payment via credit card on our site. Your payment is collected after order confirmation.
